Mission Statement:

Branch County Veterans Affairs’ goal is to connect Veterans, Families and their Survivors to County, State and Federal benefits that have been earned.

Services Provided

Federal:
Claims advocacy with the Veterans Benefits Administration
Assistance with enrolling in VA Healthcare
Assistance in obtaining Survivor Benefits

State:
Assistance in filing for the Michigan Veterans Trust Fund

County:
Emergency assistance through Branch County Soldier’s & Sailor’s Relief Fund
County Death Benefit
Transportation to medical appointments (except out-of-state and to Branch, Hillsdale & St. Joseph Counties)
Veterans Food Pantry
DD-214 assistance
