Personal Teller Fees

The 3rd Party Processor (Point and Pay) for Branch County is offering a “Personal Teller” option for taxpayers that would prefer to speak to a representative to help make their tax payment. A Point and Pay Personal Teller can be reached by calling

(877) 495-2729. A $5 supplemental fixed fee will be charged for this service, in addition to any fee that is normal charged for a debit/credit card or e-check payment.

Fee: 3% of Total Amount Paid – $2.00 minimum

All Credit/Debit Card Fee income is paid directly to Point and Pay at the time of the transaction.

E-Checks

An E-Check is a one-time, electronic authorization for Point and Pay to debit the taxpayer’s Bank account directly for a specific tax payment amount that is determined by the taxpayer.

Fee: NO CHARGE – To better serve our taxpayers, the Branch County Treasurer Offices is now absorbing the e-check payment fee (on payments of $10,000 or less).

A Flat Fee of $10.00 for any payment over $10,000.00
