• When is motion day?
  Routine motions in Circuit Court are heard on Friday mornings beginning with domestic relations cases at 8:30 a.m. and general civil cases at 10:30 am. Motions regarding PPO cases are heard at 11:00 a.m.    Motions expected to take more than 10 minutes for argument or that require testimony, must be scheduled for a specific date and time with the Court Administrator.   Criminal cases are heard on Monday morning beginning at 8:30 a.m.
