Human ResourcesThe Branch County Human Resource Department handles all county employee payroll, benefits and employment information. Located within this department, is also the accounts payable for all of the county's expenses and the mailroom. With an Employee Benefits Assistant, an Account Clerk and a Senior Account clerk, the office is accessible to all county employees from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m..
